COMPETITION TIME! Help me celebrate four years

Today marks four years since my first book was published by Dreamspinner Press! Back then, I had no idea how I'd make out as an author. I certainly didn't envisage having so many books out over the next four years. It still feels like yesterday, receiving that e-mail from Elizabeth North, offering me a contract for Learning to Love: Michael & Sean.
So, I'm in the mood to celebrate!
I'm giving away ten Amazon $10 gift cards. All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning one is to leave a comment below, telling me what your favorite KC Wells book is so far, or which book you can't wait to read, or who you think NEEDS to be in a book!
I'll let the competition run for a week, and then I'll pick ten names at random.
So get your thinking caps on...and GOOD LUCK!

  4. It's a toss-up: Collars & Cuffs #6 - Make Me Soar, and #7 - Dom of Ages.

Please don't ask me to choose between them!

I loved Make Me Soar because, having watched Dorian as a background character for so long through the earlier books, there was already such a rich depth to the character. Then the story fleshed him out in ways I never expected, and I know when I go back and re-read the previous books I'll have a very different perspective on his actions. Also, a lot of Dorian's backstory was stuff I could relate to.

I loved Dom of Ages because it directly confronts the assumption that older = Dom, younger = sub. I usually go for older/experienced subs because they're more likely to know what they want and aren't afraid to ask for it, so it was one I could relate to a lot.

  5. Happy Anniversary & Congratulations! Dom of Ages is my current favorite with Make Me Soar a close second.

  41. Happy Anniversary, wonderful Lady! Please don't make me pick a favourite. I think I can come up with a good reason why each and everyone of your books is a favourite of mine. In general however, I love the way your men, without fail, manage to worm their way into my heart to take up residence there with no intention of ever leaving again. Not that I'd want them to, but still. Please just keep on writing. I'm already looking forward to all the wonders the next four years will undoubtedly bring <3

And the others of your other stories. Really looking forward to your next C&C spinoff book. There are still a couple of yours I need to read. They are in my TBR mountain.

  45. Your collars and cuffs is a very good series. I am wondering since you have Jack on a cover, then I think Jesse should be on one too.

  50. Please don't enter me into the contest. Just wanted to wish you a Happy Anniversary! Michael and Sean were my first, Leo and Alex stole my heart, Blake and Will are adorable. You know I love them all and refuse to pick a favorite, but you also know that Jarod has a special place in my heart as do you. <3

  51. Make Me Soar is my favorite book because it shows how important simple human contact is in the development of a child and how far reaching the outcome can be. Damian was a difficult character to sympathize with but he ended up taking a piece of my heart.

  52. Make Me Soar is my favorite because it illustrates how important human contact is to human development and how far reaching the consequences of that lack can be. Damien was a very difficult character to like initially but I was really surprised when I not only liked him but he stole a pieces of my heart.

  53. Make me Soar is my favorite book. I couldn't see how you would make him likable because he was such a little shit. However, I ended up loving Damian and he stole a pieces of my heart.

  54. I really liked Learning to Love: Michael & Sean. I admit I mostly only buy books with long haired guys on the cover... LOL yes, i do judge a book BY it's cover GUYS!! lol.... and muscle short haired men turn me off for liking the book instantly. lol.. I'm a quirky dork. but I liked this story!! ^_^
